Friends of Lagganlia is a charity set up to support the work of Lagganlia Centre for Outdoor Learning. We believe in the powerful impact that outdoor learning residentials can have on personal and social development. We aim to:
enable disadvantaged groups to benefit from outdoor learning- develop education through the safe pursuit of adventurous activities
- promote environmental education and sustainability
Please join us to support young people on their outdoor journey! This is your opportunity to belong to a community of people who love the outdoors and believe in its power to change people for the better. We will keep you up to date with our plans and projects through facebook and regular newsletters.

What is Lagganlia?
For over 40 years Lagganlia has been providing high quality outdoor learning opportunities to young people throughout Scotland. Within the stunning natural surroundings of the Cairngorms National Park, Lagganlia is committed to providing safe, flexible and fun experiences that will motivate learning and create memories for a lifetime. Lagganlia is self-financing and grounded in education.
